- Strong knowledge of modern software architectures, design principles, and agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Experience in technical leadership, facilitation, and coaching of development teams (e.g., as a Lead Developer, coach, or mentor)
- Hands-on experience with toolchains such as Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills and enthusiasm for knowledge transfer
- Hands-on mentality, strong execution skills, and a solution-oriented approach to technical challenges
- Good German and English language skills
