About the role

Responsibilities
- Be responsible for gathering financial information from departments, monitoring the submission of spreadsheets for projected expenses, validating balances in meetings with the executive board, preparing minutes and explaining any discrepancies, in order to understand and validate the reported figures, monthly;
- Monitor the financial quality of the company's projects, operating spreadsheets and reviewing numbers presented by the department assistant, with the objective of analyzing cash flow and project feasibility, monthly;
- Forecast investment cash flow by recording information on injections, distributions and projections, aiming to present cash flow from a holding perspective, monthly;
- Track departmental targets by receiving indicators, processing information by department, preparing spreadsheets and populating data for timely presentation to the controllership coordinator;
- Review department processes by evaluating them, implementing changes and proposing adjustments to ensure process improvements whenever necessary;
- Assist department assistants, interns and new employees by transferring and reviewing tasks to ensure training and development whenever required;
- Other related duties.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics or related fields;
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in the finance area;
- Advanced Excel.
