Responsibilities
You will work on business/financial planning, monthly controlling, monthly forecast calculations and the year-end closing.
You will analyze, interpret and comment on variances in the personnel cost budget.
You will prepare personnel requirement calculations and the associated cost estimates in coordination with financial controlling.
You will also create and further develop HR control instruments and KPIs.
Requirements
Completed degree in business administration or an equivalent qualification
Professional experience in HR/Personnel controlling is highly desirable, preferably in a hospital setting
Strategic, entrepreneurial and goal-oriented mindset and approach
Professional proficiency in MS Excel and experience using BW (Business Warehouse) software
