About the role

• Ingenieur /in für Projektleitung im Bereich Betriebs- und Versorgungstechnik im Krankenhausumfeld. Übernahme der Planung, Koordination und Bauleitung von Bau- und Umbaumaßnahmen in Bremen.

Responsibilities

• Planning, coordination and project management of small and medium-sized construction and renovation projects in the field of building services/technical building equipment (heating, cooling, ventilation, sanitary)
• Responsible for planning and site management during ongoing hospital operations
• Coordination of service providers/contractors, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and regulations
• Monitoring schedule, costs and quality of construction measures
• Controlling the construction execution up to acceptance and following up on any defects

Requirements

• State-recognized engineer (m/f/d) with a completed degree (Diploma, Bachelor’s or Master’s) in building services/supply engineering (HKLS)
• Professional experience in planning, designing and leading construction projects, ideally in a hospital environment
• Practical experience in tendering and awarding construction contracts
• Proficient with standard software such as MS Office, ideally also with AVA programs (e.g., ORCA)
• Experience with SAP
• Responsible team player, able to work independently and take initiative
• German language proficiency at least at C1 level
