About the role

Requirements
- Architect (m/f/d) or Civil Engineer (m/f/d) or engineer with a completed degree
- Professional experience in planning, project design and management of construction projects, ideally in a hospital/healthcare environment
- Focus on tendering, cost estimation, construction execution and construction supervision
- Knowledge of client representation and procurement law
- Independent and responsible working style
- Proficiency in MS Office, AVA software; ideally CAD (AutoCAD), e-procurement and SAP
