Responsibilities
- Take end‑to‑end accountability for assigned A2R process areas
- Apply strong accounting judgment to ensure SAP solutions enable accurate financial reporting and decision‑making
- Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities
- Drive simplicity by promoting standard, scalable SAP solutions
- Ensure A2R processes and SAP configurations comply with US GAAP, IFRS, internal controls, and audit requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- 5–8+ years of progressive experience in Accounting, Finance Systems, or SAP Finance roles
- Strong understanding of A2R / R2R processes and financial close activities
- Practical experience with SAP S/4HANA; SAP Fiori experience preferred
- Experience with SAP‑integrated solutions (BlackLine, Concur, OpenText/VIM or similar)
- Experience in Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, or Life Sciences strongly preferred
- Strong analytical skills, structured problem‑solving approach, and excellent communication abilities.
