Responsibilities
Own end-to-end web content strategy, with clear responsibility for how content supports business objectives, buyer journeys, conversion, and AI-driven discoverability
Serve as the senior content authority for the corporate website, defining and enforcing standards for structure, governance, quality, and performance across international teams
Collaborate with the digital organization to plan, prioritize and execute complex web initiatives, ensuring content strategy aligns with platform capabilities, technical constraints, and performance goals
Design and maintain content structures (information architecture, taxonomies, templates, linking patterns) that support organic search (SEO), geographic optimization (GEO), keyword-driven discoverability (AEO), and practical interpretation by AI- and LLM-based platforms
Evaluate the impact of editorial decisions on performance, including visibility in search results, AI-generated answers, engagement quality, and conversion outcomes
Drive continuous optimization through rigorous analysis and experimentation
Ensure the website consistently reflects our messaging, brand, and user experience standards, while evolving to adapt to changing user and platform behaviors
Lead and mature web content workflows, improving how work is planned, reviewed, managed, and delivered across contributors and regions
Manage and develop web content team members, raising expectations for technical proficiency, analytical thinking, and decision quality
Develop scalable frameworks, guidelines, and training that enable teams to operate effectively within a complex enterprise ecosystem
Requirements
More than 7 years' experience in B2B web content, content strategy, or digital content management within complex enterprise environments
Hands-on, proven experience with enterprise CMS platforms (Bloomreach, Adobe Experience Manager, or comparable systems)
Strong technical knowledge of modern web content ecosystems, including core SEO principles and emerging practices related to AI-driven discovery
Demonstrated ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into clear strategic and editorial decisions
Evidence of a strong professional viewpoint: you actively follow industry thinking, platform changes, and content evolution in an AI context, and can clearly articulate what matters and why
Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written (this role requires interactions with our international colleagues and clients)
