Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in web development, including 5+ years leading engineering teams
- Deep expertise in enterprise WordPress development, including custom themes, plugins, and large-scale implementations
- Strong proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, APIs, and modern web architectures
- Demonstrated experience managing high-traffic, enterprise-level web platforms
- Strong knowledge of hosting environments, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and release management
- Expertise in performance optimization, caching strategies, CDN configuration, and Core Web Vitals
- Experience implementing technical SEO and accessibility standards such as WCAG and ADA
- Proven success leading distributed or global engineering teams
