Responsibilities
Serve as champion of business operational excellence for the Service Engineering Leadership Team
Manage the day-to-day operations of the executive office, including rhythm of business operations, meeting preparation, follow-ups, communication, and executive visits
Support budget, headcount management, compliance planning, tracking, and remediation in partnership with the chief of staff
Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
Attend key meetings, take meeting notes with emphasis on action item capture, and drive follow-ups
Track email/Slack correspondence and projects as directed
Enable the team to prioritize and act on impactful tasks and identify roadblocks
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Finance, Business, Liberal Arts)
5+ years of experience in office management, operations management, strategic project management, or related role(s)
Excellent written and oral communication skills
High level of emotional intelligence, discretion, and professionalism
Positive, flexible attitude
Self-starter with strong collaboration skills
Exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects seamlessly
Proven track record of identifying and implementing improvements for operational efficiency
Strong business data analysis skills with ability to create effective tables/charts and PowerPoint presentations
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
