Responsibilities
Testing system enhancements to validate functionality and quality before deployment.
Overseeing bug triage processes, including identifying, documenting, and prioritizing system bugs for resolution.
Coordinating the prioritization of bugs and enhancements to align with business needs and timelines.
Collaborating with upper management and IT on operational issues as they relate to testing and bug resolution.
Managing IT stakeholders using Agile methodologies, with a strong emphasis on continuous improvement through effective testing and defect management.
Requirements
