About the role
- Executive Sourcing Leader managing global sourcing strategies across 8 sites for GE Aerospace. Leading a team to improve quality, delivery, and operational excellence while driving cost productivity.
Responsibilities
- Own the global sourcing strategy and execution across 8 sites
- Architect a resilient, cost-competitive, and high-quality supply base
- Drive operational excellence using lean practices
- Lead a global team to deliver productivity, improved OTD/quality, risk reduction, and working capital performance
- Partner with Product Line, Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Programs, and Finance to enable growth, NPI, and on-time customer delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field; or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in strategic sourcing/procurement/supply chain in complex manufacturing; 5+ years leading teams across multiple sites or regions
- Demonstrated success delivering cost productivity with improved quality and OTD in a regulated, high-reliability environment
- Expertise in negotiating complex LTAs and strategic supplier agreements; strong TCO and should-cost capability
- Experience implementing supplier development, SRM, and risk mitigation (e.g., dual-sourcing, capacity, geopolitical risk)
