Requirements
You likely come from IT consulting sales, custom software sales, or more complex SaaS solution sales.
You understand consultative selling.
You can discuss business value, not just features.
You can build trust in longer sales cycles.
Communicate fluently in both Finnish and English.
Proactive and comfortable with outbound work.
Able to work in ambiguity.
Credible in discussions with both business and technical stakeholders.
Able to facilitate workshops and structure unclear situations.
