About the role
- Consultant leading financial and strategic consultancy projects at Galapos. Supporting management decisions and stakeholder relationships with project leadership.
Responsibilities
- Perform medium- to high-complexity diagnostics, identifying value drivers and improvement hypotheses;
- Build and maintain financial models/metrics, including valuations and advanced modelling;
- Create dashboards, spreadsheets, analyses, and executive materials (proposals, renewals, final deliverables);
- Lead client results meetings, analyzing variances, root causes, and action plans;
- Lead and develop interns and junior analysts/consultants in project deliverables;
- Support meetings with sponsors/stakeholders, providing recommendations and inputs for decision-making.
Requirements
- Education: Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field;
- Experience: Over 3 years in financial, strategic, or management consulting, or in comparable corporate roles;
- Technical knowledge: corporate finance, financial modelling, operational analysis, PDCA, and strategic analysis (value chain and related areas);
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Power BI, Power Query, and Power Pivot is desirable.
