About the role

Responsibilities
- Support advising the management of leading institutions in the banking sector on challenging transformation projects covering universal banks, savings banks, and cooperative banks
- Participate in consulting projects and support the development of the Financial Services practice
- Contribute to complex transformation programs and workshops
- Assist in the creation of new and innovative concepts, content, and publications across the entire banking value chain
- Support initial networking and network development and participate in industry events
- Actively contribute to knowledge building in Financial Services
Requirements
- Excellent academic qualification, preferably in economics/business
- Initial solid professional experience at a strategy or management consultancy with a focus on banks, or relevant advisory experience within an internal strategy function
- Experience designing and implementing transformation projects in a banking environment
- Knowledge of strategy, business transformation, and operational excellence
- Excellent communication skills and business-fluent German and English
- Strong self-motivation, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team
- High willingness to travel
