Account Director driving Ecommerce growth for leading brands through Amazon and marketplaces. Leading client relationships and developing strategies across international teams.
Responsibilities
You will ultimately lead the relationship with international enterprise clients, ensuring long-term relationships and business growth
You will develop and execute Ecommerce and media strategies with a primary focus on Amazon and other marketplaces
You will collaborate closely with all our teams, from offices in Hamburg, Germany or New York City, USA
You will help our clients and guide them through their yearly negotiations with Amazon
You will monitor and analyze performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and achieve growth targets in tandem with our brand partners
You will present results and strategic recommendations to clients, managing relationships effectively
You will lead business reviews related to the brands we work with, providing insights and actionable plans
You will foster a collaborative environment, working seamlessly with team members across different functions and regions
You will question the status quo and bring in outside perspectives to enrich operational execution and strategy development
Requirements
You have at least 10 years of proven experience in Ecommerce/marketplace & Amazon management in combination with coordinating significant media budgets
You are experienced in collaboration with international teams, ideally at established brands
You either developed experience in a senior role in an agency or centrally coordinated with an agency from the brand side
You possess excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
You consider yourself a self-starter with the ability to see the bigger picture and drive strategic initiatives – you are ready to inspire and win others for your ideas
You work well in a team, adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and challenge conventional thinking
You experience in developing and executing Ecommerce strategies that drive growth and enhance the consumer journey
You have excellent English and ideally also German language skills
