- Working to both identify and resolve bugs.
Requirements
- Broad game knowledge, including management and simulation games
- Good understanding of game design principles
- Awareness of player behaviours and motivations
- Familiarity with using game development engines
- Ability to analyse and balance game values to improve player experience
- Portfolio showcasing game design work: ideally playable games, demos or prototypes
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Enthusiastic, professional and adaptable attitude.
