- Supply Chain Expert at fritz-kola handling end-to-end logistics operations in Hamburg. Focus on optimizing processes and ensuring material availability for production.
Responsibilities
- End-to-end management of empties processes (e.g., bottles, crates, KEGs), including capacity planning, inventory monitoring and return flow control
- Optimization of circulating quantities, costs, KPIs and return rates based on analyses and forecasts
- Ensuring demand-driven planning and availability of consumables and production supplies (e.g., labels, closures, crown caps)
- Close coordination with production, logistics, quality, suppliers and external partners
- Responsibility for SAP-supported material and inventory processes as well as master data quality
- Monitoring of consumption, warehouse KPIs and inventory values
- Taking on control, escalation and coordination tasks in case of bottlenecks or quality deviations
- Participation in or leadership of small optimization and improvement projects within the supply chain
Requirements
- You have completed a commercial or technical vocational training with further qualification or hold a degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or Production Management
- You have several years of experience in supply chain, materials management or planning and possess good knowledge of production and material flow processes
- You are proficient in SAP (especially MM) and have a confident command of analysis tools (Excel, KPIs, ideally Power BI)
