- Several years of functional or disciplinary leadership experience
- Extensive experience collaborating internationally with cross-functional teams
- Experience with IT projects, particularly in agile environments, is an advantage
- Independent, solution-oriented, pragmatic, and focused working style, even under time pressure
- High level of commitment, resilience, and openness to change
