Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with suppliers, vendors, and service providers to secure favorable terms and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Identify and mitigate contractual risks while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including legal, finance, and operations teams, to align contract terms with business objectives.
- Lead contract negotiations to achieve optimal commercial and legal outcomes while fostering strong supplier relationships.
- Monitor contract performance, enforce contractual obligations, and manage renewals or terminations as required.
- Stay informed of industry trends, regulatory updates, and best practices in procurement and contract management.
- Develop and maintain contract templates, guidelines, and policies to standardize processes and improve efficiency.
- Provide training and guidance to internal teams on contract management best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Procurement, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in contract management and procurement.
- Proven negotiation skills with the ability to balance business objectives and legal considerations.
- Knowledge of contract law, compliance regulations, and risk management principles is a strong advantage.
- Experience managing complex supplier contracts and agreements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across departments.
- Proficiency with contract management software and procurement tools is a plus.
- Fluent in French and English (German is a plus).
