You will hire, mentor, and develop a high-performing QA team while remaining comfortably 'in the trenches' with manual and exploratory testing.
Requirements
4+ years of experience in QA/Software testing with a background in Senior, Lead, or Managerial roles.
Proficiency in Playwright for automated testing and Postman for APIs.
An AI-Native Mindset: You already use AI tools to help your workflow or have experience testing AI products.
UAT Expertise: Proven track record of owning testing end-to-end and coordinating with external clients.
Hybrid Leadership: You know when to automate, when to dig in by hand, and how to scale a team without losing quality.
