Responsibilities
- The Mid-level Analytics Analyst will be a key developer of Business Intelligence solutions, with a strong focus on Power BI, working with greater autonomy within the "Horizonte Data-Driven Program - Data Intelligence and Predictive Insights".
- This professional will be essential to empower business areas to generate deep insights autonomously and to drive a data-driven culture across the organization.
- Develop, implement, and maintain complex dashboards and reports in Power BI, ensuring data quality and accuracy.
- Perform in-depth data analyses, identifying trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements for BI solutions.
- Support the creation and management of data models, ensuring performance optimization and usability for Self-Service BI.
- Actively contribute to the creation and publication of the semantic layer and to fostering a data-driven culture.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or related fields.
- Tools/Platforms: Advanced expertise in Microsoft Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling). Proficiency in SQL. Knowledge of ETL tools and Data Warehouse concepts.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, autonomy, effective communication across levels, proactivity, results orientation, and business acumen.
- Certifications: Microsoft certifications (Power BI Data Analyst Associate, Azure Data Engineer Associate) are a strong plus.
