About the role
- Business Intelligence Engineer developing and maintaining Power BI reports for CenterWell’s Primary Care Analytics Team. Collaborating with various teams to understand their reporting needs and foster positive relationships.
Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards with a focus on user experience (UX)
- Meet with report requesters to understand their needs and requirements, design prototypes using Figma or other wireframing tools, and conduct user testing
- Optimize and maintain Snowflake SQL queries to improve performance and efficiency
- Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI and other business intelligence tools
- Document processes, technical designs, and report configurations
- Collaborate within the team and outside of the team to build and maintain strong relationships
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or related field
- 1+ years using SQL, including writing complex queries, stored procedures, and query tuning
- Experience with business intelligence tools, such as Power BI or Tableau, for developing and maintaining data visualization, reporting, and dashboards
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems and provide solutions for business or data issues
- Strong communication skills
- Skilled at building and maintaining relationships
- Curiosity and highly motivated to learn new tools and processes
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field (preferred)
