Responsibilities
- As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll take ownership of the end-to-end experience for our digital platforms.
- You will work in close collaboration with product managers and engineers, taking design ideas from inception to delivery.
- You will create beautiful, usable solutions based on unbiased user research.
- Design lean, iterative, and development-ready solutions that can scale for the future but understands the technology constraints of the now.
- Lead design from ideation through launch, including wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity visuals, and interaction design.
- Thinks deeply about the user experience balanced with business goals to inform their designs.
- Apply user research insights to drive product design and strategy, and help your team understand why and how to build better experiences.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and other stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for innovation in workflows, interactions, and visual design to improve operational efficiency and user experience.
- Present design rationale and with the suitable stakeholder engagement, translating complex concepts into understandable solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in user experience, human-computer interaction, interaction design, service design or digital design-related degree
- 5+ years of experience in product or UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating work on internal platforms or complex digital products
- A portfolio is an essential requirement when applying for this role
