Help build on-Demand digital programs for the Dealer Training and Productivity department
Engage with business owners and SMEs to shape impactful learning experiences for dealership employees
Develop content on Ford and Lincoln vehicles for Ford and Lincoln dealers
Reimagine how people learn about vehicles, products, and services
Build relationships with business owners and guide a team to deliver impactful learning experiences
Innovate and look for new ways to deliver the training experience
Manage people and help them grow into the best version of themselves.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
2+ years in people management experience, ideally in training and enablement discipline
5+ years’ experience in building and managing training and enablement programs, including all aspects of the content creation progress, from collaboration with business owners to scoping to building to deploying
5+ years’ experience in business partner relationship management
Ability to think differently and constantly reinvent
Ability to strategically leverage proficiency data to inform programmatic decisions
Automotive industry experience.
