Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
- 2+ years in people management experience, ideally in training and enablement discipline
- 5+ years’ experience in building and managing training and enablement programs, including all aspects of the content creation progress, from collaboration with business owners to scoping to building to deploying
- 5+ years’ experience in business partner relationship management
- Ability to think differently and constantly reinvent
- Ability to strategically leverage proficiency data to inform programmatic decisions
- Automotive industry experience.
