Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent work experience.
- Desire to build and hone a broad skill set including leading teams, project management, safety and ergonomics, materials planning and logistics, testing and validation, gauging, manufacturing processes and equipment, and presenting to leadership.
- Strong drive and project management skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Equipment and process troubleshooting with a focus on implementing best possible resolutions for the overall enterprise.
- Ability to develop project timing and coordinate activities to control all aspects of program deliverables across multiple organizations.
- 3D CAD review abilities, ability to read 2D blueprints and construction drawings.
