About the role

Responsibilities
- You work as part of a two-person team and lead the complete installation of fall protection systems.
- Participate in joint inspection visits / PPSPS (site-specific safety and protection plan).
- Prepare the worksite: equipment, PPE, and securing the work area.
- Install fall protection systems (lifelines, guardrails, ladders…).
Requirements
- Approximately 2 years' experience in work at height / roofing / as a roofer.
- Valid Work-at-Height authorization/certification.
- Ability to read plans and strong safety awareness.
- Strong coordination skills (internal and external).
