About the role
- Project Planner managing project activities for TechnipFMC. Ensuring accurate timelines and compliance with company standards in logistics and engineering functions.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for planning project activities, production, and product lines within their full scope
- Coordinate with interface areas to ensure products are delivered within defined deadlines
- Ensure accuracy of records in SAP
- Manage purchase requisitions in SAP
- Manage dates in SAP in accordance with the production plan
- Prepare weekly project reports with critical path analysis and actions
- Responsible for proposing material options together with the project engineering team
- Manage schedules in Primavera, ensuring adherence to project milestones
- Comply with company safety, environmental, quality, and ethics standards
- Implement ECNs in SAP
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Logistics
- Experience in project and materials planning or production planning is a plus
- Experience in procurement / project management is a plus
- Experience in inventory management, KPI handling, and schedule management/updates
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Desirable knowledge of SAP, Primavera (P6), and Power BI
- Intermediate English
