- Responsible for managing and delivering innovative HSES programs and initiatives
- Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of safety programs
- Develop and maintain program plans, budgets, schedules, resources, and deliverables
- Manage program risks, issues, and dependencies
- Coordinate and communicate with HSES Business Partners, HSES Consultants, and other stakeholders
- Facilitate and support training, coaching, and mentoring of HSES leaders and frontline workers
- Monitor and measure program performance and impact using appropriate metrics and indicators
- Identify and implement best practices, lessons learned, and continuous improvement opportunities
- Contribute to the development and strengthening of HSES culture, values, and behaviors
Requirements
- Completed academic degree in Engineering
- Postgraduate degree in Occupational Safety Engineering
- Experience in managing and delivering leadership, HSES, and engagement programs
- Advanced/Fluent English
