About the role
- Senior Developer responsible for developing complex energy systems and leading multidisciplinary tender teams for sustainable projects across the Netherlands.

Requirements
- Academisch of HBO+ werk- en denkniveau.
- Ongeveer 8–12 jaar relevante werkervaring binnen energie, infra, vastgoed of projectontwikkeling.
- Aantoonbare ervaring met het leiden van complexe tender- of ontwikkeltrajecten.
- Ervaring met integrale businesscases en risico gestuurd werken.
- Ervaring met het aansturen van multidisciplinaire teams.
- Je combineert analytisch vermogen met ondernemerschap: je ziet kansen in projecten, durft keuzes te maken en houdt het einddoel – een gewonnen en contracteerbaar project – steeds scherp voor ogen.
