Responsibilities
Lead large migration efforts and engage with impacted teams across the organization
Define, maintain, and enhance practice offerings to support business objectives, strategic development roadmap, and client needs
Design, enhance, and implement practice offerings tailored to specific client requirements and market opportunities
Consult with sales, account management, and clients to recommend appropriate practice offerings that meet strategic business needs
Advise clients on strategic technology projects within the practice area
Provide pre-sales support, including developing proposals, negotiating pricing, planning engagement projects, and delivering presentations
Collaborate with product management, development, sales, and senior management to define and support the practice area
Nurture relationships, define consulting engagements, and sell initiatives to support relationship needs
Maintain quality relationships with internal and external clients to gain referrals and achieve excellent client satisfaction and loyalty
Identify business process improvements for increased efficiency and enhanced client experience
Ensure the practice provides industry thought leadership
Research and resolve critical issues related to the practice in a timely and professional manner
Provide technical and business domain expertise
Work directly with clients and travel to client sites as needed
Requirements
Recognized by peers as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in debit card platforms and the practice specialty
10+ years of recent experience overseeing every aspect and all activities associated with complex programs
10+ years of recent experience with office migration and product knowledge
10+ years of recent experience and have extensive knowledge of debit card systems and processes
10+ years of recent experience in the definition and implementation of service offerings for multiple projects
In-depth knowledge and expertise in the assigned practice area and related business
In-depth knowledge of the financial services industry and related practice specialty
Strong financial management and planning skills
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management in an organized, professional manner
Proven success in building relationships
Ability to persuade and influence others on the best approach to take
Willingness to travel 5%-10% or as needed
