- Projectmanager NexDrive leading electric mobility projects for Alliance Automotive Group. Collaborating with teams across Europe on innovative solutions for electric vehicles.
Responsibilities
- Je start en leidt projecten rondom elektrische en andere nieuwe aandrijftechnieken.
- Je ontwikkelt het NexDrive-concept verder en implementeert dit, inclusief de uitrol in België.
- Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor Europese collega’s en externe branchepartijen zoals BOVAG, RAI en RDW.
- Je werkt samen met opleidingscentra om trainingen rondom elektrificatie te organiseren en te verbeteren.
- Je bouwt aan een sterke overlegstructuur en stimuleert een cultuur waarin kwaliteit en service centraal staan.
- Je werkt aan innovatieve oplossingen die direct bijdragen aan de toekomst van autobedrijven in Nederland en België.
Requirements
- Minimaal vijf jaar ervaring in projectmanagement, bij voorkeur binnen automotive of een technische omgeving.
- Analytisch sterk en in staat processen te optimaliseren.
- Overtuigingskracht en communicatief vaardig op verschillende niveaus.
- Resultaatgericht, zonder de menselijke kant uit het oog te verliezen.
- Proactief en altijd op zoek naar verbetering.
- Ambitieus en wil blijven leren.
