About the role

Responsibilities
- Perform format and gap analyses of existing systems
- Take ownership of converter development
- Ensure daily maintenance and ongoing development of legacy applications
- Analyze and improve existing Delphi codebases to support current projects
- Provide technical support to internal teams handling client requests (no direct contact with end customers)
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Software Engineer
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented design and implementation, and quality assurance practices (unit testing, automated testing, TDD)
- Extensive experience with Delphi (at least 2 years)
- Willingness to work with Delphi and legacy applications
- Experience writing technical specifications and documentation
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic team player
- Fluent in written and spoken German and/or English
