- Senior Mobile Engineer building mobile applications with React Native and TypeScript for wealth management. Collaborating with product teams and optimizing mobile workflows for financial advisors and clients.
Responsibilities
- Build and ship mobile features across iOS and Android using React Native and TypeScript
- Create high-performance mobile interfaces for complex financial workflows
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver complete experiences
- Contribute to mobile architecture decisions and establish patterns that scale
- Build reusable mobile components and improve our mobile infrastructure
- Mentor other engineers on mobile best practices and React Native development
- Participate in code reviews and drive technical excellence across the team
- Take ownership of significant mobile features from design through deployment
- Ensure mobile experiences meet the quality bar our advisors and clients expect
- Contribute to the development of our cutting-edge, agentic-based, software manufacturing pipeline.
- Future opportunity: Rotate onto the Forward Deployed team to work directly with advisors and solve time-sensitive mobile challenges
Requirements
- 6+ years of mobile development experience, with at least 3 years in React Native
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript and modern mobile development practices
- Experience with both iOS and Android platforms
- Deep understanding of mobile architecture, state management, and performance optimization
- Experience building complex, data-intensive mobile applications
- Product-focused mindset - excited about shipping features that solve real user problems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work autonomously and drive projects from idea to completion
- Track record of delivering high-quality mobile experiences on schedule
- Experience mentoring other engineers
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
