Responsibilities
Overseeing day-to-day financial operations related to bookings, cancellations, chargebacks, and supplier payments
Oversee accurate reconciliation of booking data with payment gateways, banks, and partners
Assist in establishing and maintaining strong internal controls across revenue, costs, and commissions
Monitor and improve financial operational workflows to reduce errors and processing time
Ensure timely and accurate invoicing, payments, and dispute resolution
Assist with monitoring and forecasting cashflows
Collaborate closely with operational departments within the company (Supply, CS, Engineering) to enhance workflows
Work closely with the Financial Controller and Senior Accountant to ensure that financial data is accurately and completely captured in SAP
Oversee project to implement electronic invoicing
Assist the CFO and Financial Controller with reporting activities and other projects as required
Requirements
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Experience in an e-commerce/start-up environment and/or the travel industry would be an advantage
At least 5 years of professional experience
Proficient in Excel
Strong organizational and communication skills
Experience with SAP Business One is an advantage
