Responsibilities
Work alongside the Project Manager throughout the project lifespan
Collaborate with customers, vendors, contractors, and owners to ensure on time delivery
Develop and manage multiple project schedules
Monitor progress of overall construction activities
Be on calls with management to review job site issues, work schedules, sub-contractor performance, and workflow efficiency
Organize and schedule regular vendor meetings which provide updates on deliveries, technical issues, documentation, etc.
Organize and schedule regular customer updates on all aspects of the project
Help implement suggested changes by either customers or vendors
Handle the “day to day” project operations, such as site buys and expediting
Requirements
Experience in Industrial Inside Sales or similar experience
Minimum 3 – 5 years preferred
Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and focus on quality output
Knowledge of PVF materials and processes
Ability to interpret, analyze and evaluate commercial and technical specifications
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PDF software
Strong organizational skills
Adaptability and flexibility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Customer service oriented with excellent leadership and negotiation skills
