Responsibilities
Act as quality control, ensuring the health of projects.
Collect data from approximately 30 projects and consolidate biweekly executive reports for executive management.
Monitor performance metrics, schedule adherence and cost variance.
Verify that projects follow defined processes and that risks are being managed appropriately.
Identify cross-cutting risks and align preventive solutions with management.
Requirements
Strong experience in PMO or Project Governance.
Previous experience in the Banking/Financial sector.
Ability to prepare executive reports and dashboards.
Proficiency with performance indicators (KPIs) and budgetary control.
Experience in risk management and mitigation.
Knowledge of project methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
Project management certifications (PMP, PMO-CP or similar).
Logical reasoning and analytical ability;
Good communication skills;
Team spirit and conflict-resolution ability;
