Responsibilities
- Ensure that ITSM platform(s) are implemented, configured, maintained and evolved to effectively support defined processes, guaranteeing robustness, scalability and proper configuration.
- Implement, configure, maintain and evolve one or more ITSM platforms, including workflows, forms, service catalogs, automations, integrations with other tools and upgrade management.
- Work closely with Service Management teams and the Product Manager, ensuring functional requirements are translated and implemented clearly and efficiently.
- Resolve complex platform-related incidents and drive continuous improvement of platform performance and security.
- Anticipate issues and avoid fragile solutions, documenting implementations clearly to prevent technical debt.
Requirements
- For this position we are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in similar roles.
- Strong technical experience with ITSM platforms (BMC Helix, ServiceNow, Jira Service Management or similar), including customization, scripting and integrations via APIs.
- Solid knowledge of ITIL processes and the ability to translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Ability to understand requirements and technical solutions.
- Good communication skills.

- Strong delivery orientation and ability to meet deadlines and objectives.
