About the role

Senior Market Intelligence Analyst at Fast Shop handling data availability and governance for strategic decision-making. Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure data quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Ensure availability, reliability and governance of corporate data to support business decision-making.
Act strategically in the integration between systems and teams, ensuring technical standards, information security and operational efficiency.
Contribute to the evolution of data architecture and technologies used, promoting scalability, quality and sustainability of solutions.
Support internal stakeholders through technical guidance and data engineering best practices.
Build, maintain and evolve data pipelines in scalable, high-availability environments.
Develop and orchestrate ETL/ELT processes, including data extraction, transformation, loading and monitoring.
Model, structure and optimize databases for analytical and operational use.
Implement quality controls, validation, traceability and data consistency measures.
Apply versioning, automation and technical documentation practices for data workflows.
Work on integrating multiple sources and systems, ensuring standardization and security.
Collaborate with engineering, BI and data science teams in the design and consumption of solutions.
Provide technical support, identify bottlenecks and address structural data issues.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics or related fields.
Postgraduate studies and/or certifications in Data Engineering, Big Data, Cloud Computing or related areas are a plus.
Experience with data tools and technologies, including SQL, Python, Databricks, Airflow, dbt, BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake, and data transformation/versioning tools (Git).
Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams (engineering, BI and data science).
Mindset focused on standardization, automation and technical documentation.
Continuous interest in learning, technology updates and data engineering best practices.
