About the role
- Project Manager overseeing boat & composites projects from bid to delivery at a global family-run company. Collaborating with international teams to optimize product solutions and enhance customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Projektmanagement- und steuerung von Auftragserteilung bis hin zur Ablieferung im In- und Ausland
- Projektierung und Angebotskalkulation für Neuaufträge
- Kosten- und Qualitätsoptimierung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Entwicklung und unseren Produktionsstandorten im In- und Ausland
- Analyse der Kundenbedarfe und Entwicklung zugeschnittener Produktlösungen
- Gewinnung neuer Kunden sowie nachhaltige Betreuung des bestehenden Kundenstammes
- Entwicklung, Planung und Umsetzung von Sales-Strategien in Zusammenarbeit mit der Bereichsleitung
- Machbarkeitsanalyse, Kapazitätsplanung und Erstellung technischer Unterlagen
- Führung von Qualitätsaudits mit dem Kunden, Support der Qualitätsabteilung (QM/QS)
- Bearbeitung von Reklamationen
- Teilnahme an Messen und Konferenzen
Requirements
- Abgeschlossene technisches Studium oder vergleichbar
- Mehrjährige Projekterfahrung sowie Erfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung
- Gute MS Office Kenntnisse
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Hohes Maß an Selbständigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
- Eigeninitiative, Durchsetzungsstärke, und Belastbarkeit
