About the role
- Project Manager in Boats & Composites responsible for project management and customer care at Fassmer. Overseeing projects from order fulfillment to delivery with a focus on quality and cost optimization.
Responsibilities
- Project management and coordination from order placement to delivery, domestically and internationally
- Project planning and quotation calculation for new orders
- Cost and quality optimization in close collaboration with Development (R&D) and our production sites at home and abroad
- Analysis of customer requirements and development of tailored product solutions
- Acquisition of new customers and sustainable support of the existing customer base
- Development, planning and implementation of sales strategies in cooperation with division management
- Feasibility studies, capacity planning and preparation of technical documentation
- Conducting quality audits with customers and supporting the Quality department (QM/QS)
- Handling customer complaints
- Participation in trade shows and conferences
Requirements
- Completed degree in a technical field or equivalent qualification
- Several years of project experience and experience in customer/account management
- Good MS Office skills
- Excellent written and spoken German and English
- High degree of independence, sense of responsibility, strong communication and teamwork skills
- Initiative, assertiveness, and resilience
