Responsibilities
Supervising and leading external and internal production teams
Supporting the design process, particularly in boatbuilding
Carrying out electrical work and repairs on new builds and in boat construction
Functional testing of systems/devices and corresponding documentation according to standardized protocols
Working from circuit diagrams and wiring control cabinets
Performing connection work according to wiring diagrams, cable pulling, and cable routing/installation
Commissioning electrical systems and shipboard electrical installations
Requirements
Successfully completed vocational training as an Electronics Technician specializing in Industrial Engineering (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification
Relevant professional experience in ship/boatbuilding desirable
Solid user knowledge of CAD/engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, EPLAN)
Experience in leading teams
Willingness to travel and a valid driving license (Class B)
