Responsibilities
You coordinate a seamless process for accident victims: from documenting the damage to successfully asserting all claims
You communicate in writing and by phone with clients, insurers, partners and authorities
You enforce all claims of our fairforce clients using modern legal‑tech tools
You organize and arrange appraisers, rental cars and other network partners
You support our clients empathetically and with a solution‑oriented approach during a difficult and exceptional situation
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience handling motor vehicle accident claims (proof required)
Proficient with laptops and common software applications
Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork — working in single offices bores you
Customer‑oriented, structured and solution‑focused way of working
At least 1 year of experience in customer consulting (preferred)
