Senior Account Manager ensuring full commercial service to brokers at Fairfax Seguros. Interacting with various internal departments and managing client relationships.
Responsibilities
Ensure full commercial service to the brokers in your portfolio, scheduling an active calendar of meetings (online or in-person) and continuously developing relationship-building activities with the brokers' main contacts, as well as connecting them with our underwriting teams.
Control and monitor the competitive bid processes for the brokers in your portfolio, whether FF renewals and/or new business, ensuring effective management of these opportunities by continuously updating information in available tools (HubSpot) and spreadsheets shared on the "comercial" network and SharePoint.
Provide underwriting with relevant information to improve competitiveness in bids.
Present weekly the expected monthly production and the main ongoing actions, ensuring all necessary information is up to date for business management.
Comply with the Compliance rules and policies established by FF and commit to participating in required mandatory trainings.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years' experience in this role.
Strong professional relationships with major brokers, especially Aon and WTW.
Knowledge of the products marketed by FF.
Proactivity.
