- Consultor/a de Procesos Ssr optimizing processes for new and existing accounts of monday.com. Involves analysis, implementation, and client support in a hybrid work setting.
Responsibilities
- Preparar demos y exposición ante el cliente.
- Participar en reuniones de cliente.
- Relevamiento.
- Armar propuestas de valor.
- Diseñar los tableros acordes a las particularidades de cada cliente y sus procesos internos.
- Implementar las parametrizaciones definidas en el diseño de solución.
- Verificar y dar soporte a las parametrizaciones realizadas.
- Proponer mejoras o cambios al servicio base a partir de la experiencia obtenida en los proyectos de implementación y los procesos de cada cliente.
- Hacer seguimiento a las implementaciones realizadas viendo la posibilidad de implementar nuevas utilidades en otras áreas.
Requirements
- Experiencia en puestos similares de al menos 2 años.
- Inglés avanzado.
- Paquete office.
- Conocimientos de procesos de diferentes industrias.
- Habilidades comunicativas y escucha activa, para comprender las necesidades del cliente, traducir la complejidad técnica en valor de negocio y construir confianza.
- Capacidad de negociación.
- Buena oratoria.
- Conocimientos en Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Conocimientos en GraphQL, Conocimientos en TSQL.
