About the role
- Product Manager responsible for enhancing FAAREN's Auto Subscription Marketplace and optimizing user experience with a small agile team. Collaborating closely with product and engineering leadership.
Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the further development of our car subscription marketplace and white-label shops
- You analyze user behavior to identify and implement optimization opportunities
- In close collaboration with the Head of Product and the Head of Software Engineering, you develop and prioritize product features
- Managing backlog priorities while considering current focus areas and strategic goals is part of your responsibilities
- You structure the product team in close cooperation with senior developers
- Together with a small team of software developers, you implement features and functionalities that take the marketplace to the next level
- Close collaboration with stakeholders to ensure all measures are optimally aligned
- You manage external resources within agreed boundaries
- You design a modern user experience
- You analyze and monitor the automotive market
Requirements
- You enjoy working in a team and bring at least 3 years of product management experience, ideally in e-commerce or marketplaces
- You have experience using project management software (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana)
- You have a strong sense for UX/UI to create an outstanding user experience
- You have proven success in conversion optimization and data-driven product management
- Ideally, you have hands-on experience with Figma or other tooling
- Nice-to-have: experience building platforms that seamlessly connect users, providers and partners
- Ideally, you have experience in user research and can analyze user needs effectively
- You are fluent in German
- Your attention to detail and strong communication skills complete your profile.
