About the role
- Senior .NET Developer at F360 designing and maintaining high-performance back-end services. Collaborating with teams to implement solutions for financial management applications.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, high-performance back-end APIs and services using the .NET ecosystem;
- Serve as a technical reference for the team, supporting the Tech Lead in mentoring junior and mid-level developers, promoting engineering best practices and assisting with technical decisions;
- Ensure the quality, scalability, and maintainability of solutions by actively participating in code reviews and architecture discussions;
- Act as an advocate for engineering best practices, helping to spread a culture of quality, automated testing, and technical excellence;
- Implement and track task development, help the team decide on the best technical approaches, document architectural decisions, and clearly communicate the trade-offs involved;
- Work in direct collaboration with Product Managers (PMs) and other teams from conception to delivery, assessing impacts and risks and proposing technical solutions to user problems;
- Implement and monitor application performance indicators, application health and logs, proactively identifying and resolving issues;
- Contribute to the definition of technical roadmaps, proposing improvements, optimizations, and the adoption of new technologies that add business value.
Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and TypeScript;
- Hands-on experience with Vue 3;
- Experience with front-end testing tools (unit, integration and E2E);
- Ability to translate requirements into intuitive, accessible, and functional interfaces;
- Creative mindset to help make our platforms increasingly intuitive;
- Daily experience with Git, including versioning and team collaboration;
- Experience with KnockoutJS;
- Familiarity with performance best practices, accessibility and responsiveness;
- Knowledge of image editing tools;
- Experience working in retail, accounting firms, or technology startups.
