- Task & Process Mining Consultant enhancing workflows and operational efficiency at EY. Collaborating with stakeholders and utilizing process mining tools for insights and recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end process assessments using process mining and task mining tools (e.g., Celonis, UiPath Process Mining, Power Automate Process Mining).
- Identify bottlenecks, compliance issues, and automation opportunities across business processes.
- Extract, clean, and transform data from ERP, CRM, and other enterprise systems for mining purposes.
- Build process models and dashboards to visualize process flows and KPIs.
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations for process optimization, automation, and cost reduction.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design improvement roadmaps and implement changes.
- Work closely with business and IT teams to understand requirements and align solutions with strategic goals.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management in a clear, compelling manner.
- Stay updated on emerging trends in process intelligence, task mining, and automation technologies.
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and best practices development.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with process mining platforms (Celonis, UiPath, Signavio, etc.) and task mining tools.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data integration concepts.
- Ability to interpret complex data sets and derive meaningful insights.
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Knowledge of business process management (BPM), Lean, Six Sigma principles.
- Experience in identifying automation opportunities (RPA, workflow automation).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and consulting mindset.
