Responsibilities
Coordinate and facilitate HR activities for a defined population within the firm
Partner closely with other Talent team members to execute innovative HR programs aligned to our Talent strategy
Implement key processes related to performance management, compensation, and career development
Address and resolve requests, concerns, and inquiries from employees
Work with Strategic Talent Consultants to understand business talent agendas
Handle and resolve employee relations issues that are less complex or occur at junior levels
Collect and analyze data related to staffing, budgets, and compensation to identify trends
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Five or more years of relevant HR or Talent-related experience
SHRM certification (or equivalent) ideally
Experience working in a professional services environment or complex matrix organization
Proven ability to manage a diverse and fast-moving portfolio of projects
Strong working knowledge of HR laws, policies, and standard practices
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to influence leaders and support adoption of new programs and change initiatives
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
