Requirements
- 5-10+ years of experience in software engineering and architecture for products
- early-stage start-up experience in technical product development or equivalent innovation development in larger corporations
- use of AI native software development tools
- strong proficiency with Linux and AI native container orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes
- familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Bash etc….) and software languages (Go, Rust, Java etc…)
- understand modern API (REST, gRPC, A2A, MCP etc…) design as it applies to agentic systems
- deep understanding of model fine tuning and customization through context management (RAG, SFT, LoRA/PEFT etc…)
- experience with modern software IDE, CI/CD pipeline, modern code hosting and collaboration
