About the role
- Senior Software Engineer developing Full Stack applications for future-proofing businesses in complex cloud-native environments. Involved in agile, cross-functional teams across the software lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Design and development of backend services and APIs, primarily using Java and Spring Boot
- Development and maintenance of frontend components with TypeScript and Angular
- Design and further development of system components, interfaces and data models
- Support of the solution across the entire lifecycle: design → implementation → testing → deployment → operation
- Ensuring performance, stability and maintainability in production
- Translating business and technical requirements into working software solutions
- Participation in backlog refinement, estimation and delivery planning
- Supporting automated tests and ensuring test coverage
- End-to-end responsibility for features including operation and support
- Close collaboration with Product Owners and stakeholders
Requirements
- Several years of experience as a Software Engineer or Full-Stack Developer
- Strong backend skills, ideally with Java and Spring Boot
- Experience with modern frontend technologies (TypeScript, Angular)
- Experience in developing cloud-native applications with containers
- Practical experience with Kubernetes / OpenShift
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Experience in agile software projects (Scrum / SAFe)
- Very good German skills; good English skills
- Independent, structured way of working and strong communication skills
